Scope of Work
➢ Redevelopment of Berth No. 9 and Three Barge Jetties on a PPP basis (DFBOT).
➢ Operation & Maintenance of Berth No. 10 & 11 on a PPP basis (OMT) at Mormugao Port.
Project Description
➢ Preliminary engineering for the project requirements for the proposed development.
➢ Evaluate and recommend phasing of the project, if necessary, concerning the traffic forecast and cost of economics.
➢ Assess capital & operating cost.
➢ Develop an integrated business plan for the project.
➢ Development strategy, including phases of the project, time frame for development, cost implication of development.
➢ Analyzing the financial projection which includes reviews of the following:
- Revenue components
- Operating expenses
- Capital expenditure
➢ These are to be incurred for the development of various stages of the project.
