Project Description
Scope of Work
➢ Detailed engineering of all the civil and structural works including Steel Gangway of 38 m and Approach Bridge with two spans of 16m and one span of 19m.
➢ Preliminary engineering and detailed engineering for the Silt outfall structure including collection sumo tank and pipeline.
➢ Carrying out the Topography survey and Hydrographic survey of the area
➢ Carry out Mathematical Model studies for the silt disposal scheme.
Project Description
➢ Water Supply System for Barauni Power Project NTPC, Phase-I (2 x 110 MW) and Phase-II (2 x 250 MW) in Begusarai district of Bihar State. The make-up water requirement for the project is approximately 100 cusecs and the same is proposed to be drawn from river Ganga.
➢ The project comprises intake pumps on a Floating pontoon transferring water through pipes on the Gangway and approach bridge and Silt from intake water is separated and disposed off.
