Scope of Work
➢ ACE has signed the contract with Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA) for the "Consultancy Services for Environmental and Social Impact Assessment for Dredging of the Entrance Channel and Port Turning Basin" in Dar Es Salam Tanzania.
Project Description
➢ Consultant hereby appoints the following experts to work with ACE for the aforesaid positions for the Project on behalf of ACE:
- N.A. Madhava for Port Mechanical I Civil Engineer.
- Bibekananda Padhy for Oceanographer.
➢ Consultant and Consultant's experts hereby agree to serve ACE sincerely and faithfully in line with the Terms of Reference of the project attached as Annexure I and other terms and conditions listed in this Agreement and the enclosed annexures.
➢ The Scope of work is stipulated in Annexure II and shall be part of this agreement unless otherwise terminated, or extended by the mutual agreement of the Parties according to the provisions of Clause 6 of this Agreement.
➢ The principal place of work of Consultants shall be Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.
